About the course
Our swimming sessions are held from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at the K Block Swimming Pool, Garrison University Lahore. Saturdays and Sundays remain off to maintain balance and recovery. For added convenience, we also provide separate timings for girls, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all learners. In addition, we offer personalized coaching to help swimmers progress at their own pace and achieve their individual goals.
Alongside regular practice, we focus on improving technique through stroke-specific training. Swimmers receive professional guidance on all major strokes, including Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Each stroke is taught with step-by-step drills to enhance body movement, breathing control, and overall efficiency in the water. Whether you want to perfect your competitive performance or simply become a stronger swimmer, our stroke training program is designed to build skill, confidence, and endurance.
